10x10ft outdoor booth space(s) (bring your own tent/table setup)
Listing in the official Summit Directory
Access to one or both days of the summit depending on booth selected
Food Vendor Disclaimer
All food vendors must possess a valid Temporary Food Permit or active Mobile Food Vendor License for the duration of the 40 Acre Comeback Summit. If you do not currently hold an active permit, you are required to obtain one.
Direct Payment: Permit fees must be paid directly to the respective county or city health departments. 40 Acre Comeback does not collect or process these payments.
Instructional Packet: Upon receipt of your vendor registration payment, you will receive an email containing all necessary paperwork and instructions.
Participation Policy: Failure to secure and display the proper permits may result in removal from the event. Please note that registration refunds will not be issued for non-compliance with health department regulations.
