Basic Vendor Package Includes:
10x10ft outdoor booth space(s) (bring your own tent/table setup)
Listing in the official Summit Directory
Access to both days of the summit
1 complimentary pass
Premium Vendor Package Includes:
Includes everything in the Basic Booth package PLUS:
Priority booth placement (high-traffic areas)
Business logo featured on digital event promo (website or social media story post)
Mention in at least one promotional email or attendee guide
Free entry into the vendor giveaway drawing
2 complimentary passes
Food Vendor Disclaimer
All food vendors must possess a valid Temporary Food Permit for the duration of the 40 Acre Comeback Summit. If you do not currently hold an active permit for these jurisdictions, you are required to obtain one according to the counties below.
Fees are determined by the health department of the county in which the event is held each day:
Day 1 – Permit fee is $52 (Rusk County)
Day 2 – Permit fee is $50 (Gregg County)
Both Days: Total permit fees are $102
Important Compliance Details
Direct Payment: Permit fees must be paid directly to the respective county or city health departments. 40 Acre Comeback does not collect or process these payments.
Instructional Packet: Upon receipt of your vendor registration payment, you will receive an email containing all necessary links, paperwork, and filing instructions.
Participation Policy: Failure to secure and display the proper permits may result in removal from the event. Please note that registration refunds will not be issued for non-compliance with health department regulations.
