This is a prime opportunity to serve hungry attendees, showcase your culinary craft, and connect directly with conscious consumers, farmers, and community leaders focused on agriculture, wellness, and self-sustainability.
Food Vendor Spaces Include:
Designated outdoor vending space (10x10ft space or approved mobile food unit/food truck space)
Guaranteed foot traffic across peak meal and break times during your registered summit day(s)
Health & Permitting Requirements
All culinary vendors must possess a valid permit or an active Mobile Food Unit (MFU) License covering the full duration of the summit. If you do not currently hold an active county/city permit, you must apply and receive approval prior to the event date.
Direct Permitting Fees: All municipal inspection and permit fees are paid directly to the local health authority. The 40 Acre Comeback team does not collect, process, or subsidize health permit fees.
Menu Compliance & Event Policies
Dietary Standard (100% Pork, Shellfish, and Crustacean-Free / Halal Standard): Vendors are strictly prohibited from serving pork, shellfish, and crustaceans. Beef, poultry, lamb, goat, finned/scaled fish, vegetarian, and vegan items are welcomed and encouraged.
Mandatory Compliance & Non-Refund Policy: Failure to possess valid operational permits or violation of the dietary restrictions policy will result in immediate removal from the summit grounds without a refund of vendor registration fees.
